"I come from Kegalle. I came to Colombo fifteen years ago. I started to draw object drawings. The ideas of life came to my mind, while I was walking from Mount Lavinia to Fort along the railway track. So many small things of people living along the railway tracks attracted my attention. I started to sketch them, and today I am able to have an exhibition of that experience. Heart is very sweet, but the life is not so sweet" says Upali Ananda (40),visual artist.
